Engagement of Technical Service Organisation (TSO) to Lead the 2020/2021 Joint Assessment Review (JAR) and the Mid-Term Review (MTR) of the second National Strategic Health Development Plan (NSHDP II)

Detailed Narrative Description of Project:

In line with the monitoring and evaluation plan of the National Strategic Health Development Plan II (NSHDP II), NACA in collaboration with the Department of Health Planning, Research and Statistics (DHPRS) of the Federal Ministry of Health (FMOH) and other development partners, contracted PELTOM Global Services (PGS) as a Technical Service Organisation (TSO) to lead the conduct of the JAR/MTR in all the 36 states plus FCT and the Federal level.  PGS is working with the NSHDP II Technical Coordination Group to prepare for and implement the 2020/2021 JAR/MTR. PGS also worked with the key health sector partners and the leadership of the health sector across the states to deliver on the mandates of this assignment.
