Chamberlin has a diverse work experience in both public and private sectors in Nigeria for over 20 years, with about 16 years in Program Management, Procurement, core technical and M&E roles. He has worked on various projects in the areas of HSS, OVC, HIV, TB, and Malaria, providing extensive support to national institutions.

As the Project Director of the RSSH grant, he was responsible for managing a $34.9m GF-funded health system strengthening grant in Nigeria, supporting health system interventions across all 36+1 states in Nigeria. He also managed the Sub-Recipients of the RSSH grant, which were mainly government entities such as the Department of Health Planning Research & Statistics (DHPRS), the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), and the National Product Supply Chain Management Program (NPSCMP).

Chamberlin also held positions such as Director M&E at the Management Sciences for Health (MSH), Care and Treatment for Sustained Support (CaTSS) Project, where he led the design and periodic review of the project M&E system and supported country-level M&E systems. He also served as Senior Technical Advisor (Associate Director), Monitoring and Evaluation, GF HIV, AHNi/FHI HQ, Abuja.

Chamberlin holds a Masters Degree in Health Management (MHM) from Benue State University, Makurdi, a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and a Leadership and Management in Health certificate from the University of Washington, USA.
